Between 1942 and 1945, employees at the plant turned out 8,685 B-24 airplanes. To assist with production, a manual was created containing administrative reports and planning materials, with updates distributed monthly. Twelve copies were distributed to various administrators, with the copy in this collection being the Master Copy. The Master Copy is housed in a 3-inch three-ring binder, and contains pages of onion skin as well as photostatic and mimeograph copies. Many pages have been taped together to create an early form of a spreadsheet. The collection is open for research. 0.3 cubic ft. (1 box). | | | | Similar Items: | Find |
