The Sidney Olson Research Notes on Henry Ford contains handwritten and typewritten notes, quotations from reminiscences of Ford Motor Company employees, topical files (primarily photocopies), a draft manuscript, and photographic prints.  Abstract:  In 1951, Ford Motor Company began an oral history program directed by Owen Bombard, which was intended to complement activities conducted for the company’s fiftieth anniversary. Over three hundred interviews were conducted by the time the program was discontinued in 1956. The series contains bound volumes, notes, draft manuscripts and audio tapes produced during the course of the program.
